The First Day of School

... is TOMORROW! It's finally that time of year again and I could not be more excited.

I'll be taking pictures of the kids holding this sign tomorrow :-)

Welcome to my blog! I am Ms. Kaley and this year I will be teaching Kindergarten at The University of West Alabama's Campus School ! This blog exist for just that... to document our progress throughout the year. Oh and to show all the awesome/cute things we will create.

After all the students have their picture made tomorrow I will order magnets with that picture on the magnet and this is how we will administer learning stations.... I can't express how thankful I am for our construction crew on campus for making this!

EVERY day you need to check your child's mailbox... you never know what you might find in there.

My favorite Dr. Seuss touch.... There are 12 "hot air balloons" from Oh the Place's You'll Go! Each one has a month of the year above it. Whatever month your birthday is in a little stick person is in the balloon (eventually each child's picture will be on their stick person).

There is plenty more where that came from folks! Stay tuned to meet my new kiddos (which aren't so new to me since I had most of them in K-4 last year:))
