Week 13: Summary

Monday






Dr.Green-Burns can't be with us tomorrow like usual so this morning he stopped by with a handmade bow and arrow... Just like the Native Americans used!

We also had S.W.A.P. today

Ms. Kim's room
Today for swap with ms kim we explored cotton and what resources we get from it....we found out that cotton is used to make money, makeup, oil
and plastic as well as  to make clothing. We ended our time by having a cotton ball race.

Tuesday

Today was our Thanksgiving Luncheon. Thank you so much for joining us : ) I hope every one has a wonderful Thanksgiving Break.

We practiced this for the first time 15 minutes before the program. They did so good!












Wednesday

We had gymnastics, started our Alphabet Books, and our Spanish friends Luis and Angy stopped by! We also read our leveled reader books.

Thursday

Music was moved to Friday and science was cancelled because Ms. Jenna had a doctor's appointment. We played money bingo, read The Three Little Pigs, ate pizza, worked on our alphabet books, had a visit from more of our Spanish friends, and

Friday

We completed a Thanksgiving themed Weekly Reader, went to music and library, played outside, enjoyed a visit from Mack (my dog), and made some Thanksgiving crafts.

I forgot my camera the last couple of days : / Enjoy your Thanksgiving Break and eat lots of yummy food. See you in a week
