Centers With Awesome People

I don't know if you remember my post about C.W.A.P (Centers With Awesome People). Once a month every child rotates through each teachers room. Last month we did this and our theme was weather. It worked really well so we decided to make it a monthly thing. Next Tuesday we will do C.W.A.P. again only our topic will be Halloween and Safety. I will be making Witches Brew in my classroom along with hand print spiders. Please see the note below that will be going home this afternoon.

Dear Parents,

We will be having our Halloween C.W.A.P. on Tuesday, October 25 from 9:00 – 11:00… C.W.A.P. stands for "Centers With Awesome People." Rather than have classroom center time each class will rotate through the teachers to participate in Halloween/Safety activities.

You may be asked to send something such as food or art items. If so, it will be written on the bottom of this letter. Please be sure to send it as early as possible-at least a day in advance.

Each class needs to have at least one parent volunteer.  It is impossible for us to manage two centers per classroom without your assistance.  If you can help, please return the bottom portion of this letter.  Please plan to arrive around 8:45 to help with set up.
